EASYMFG Makes a Strong Presence at the 4th World 3D Printing Technology Industry Conference and Expo

　　On October 22nd, the 4th World 3D Printing Technology Industry Conference and Expo Autumn Session kicked off in Chengdu. EASYMFG brought its series of binder jetting 3D printing equipment (commonly known as 3DP) to the Chengdu International Exhibition Center, attracting a large number of industry insiders, enthusiasts, and citizens to visit.

　　EASYMFG is a high-tech enterprise specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for 3D printing technology. With the support of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Rapid Manufacturing Center, the company has been engaged in the research and development, production, sales, and services of 3D printing equipment for a long time. It is the world's first high-tech enterprise to produce color 3D printing + mobile application and provide printing services.

　　The company's R&D team consists of more than 10 members, including 6 Ph.D. holders. The core R&D team is composed of Dr. Cai Daosheng, a senior expert in the field of 3D printing, and several domestic and foreign technical entrepreneurs. They have been engaged in the 3D printing industry for more than ten years. The products they have led in research and development have won many honors, such as "China's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances," "National Technical Invention Award Second Prize," and "Hubei Province Science and Technology Progress First Prize." They have mastered a variety of commercialized core 3D printing related technologies, including SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLM (Selective Laser Melting), SLA (Stereolithography), FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), LOM (Laminated Object Manufacturing), and Projection Photopolymerization.

　　After in-depth research on the development bottlenecks of the 3D printing industry and the demand of the application market, the R&D team fully utilized various technologies and resources, boldly innovated, and launched two disruptive 3D printing technologies, namely full-color binder jetting technology printing and large-scale industrial coated sand binder jetting printing technology. In this exhibition, EASYMFG brought all innovative products to Chengdu.

　　From the first day of the exhibition, the EASYMFG booth has been extremely popular, attracting a continuous stream of visitors and garnering strong attention from many media and audiences.

　　　　EASYMFG 's binder jetting series equipment printers use powder material shaping, where the powder material is "printed" on the material powder by the nozzle using an adhesive to form the part's cross-section. This technology supports printing with various materials such as coated sand, gypsum powder, composite plastic materials, ceramics, etc., and can be used to print color parts as well as other functional parts. It has fast printing speed, low cost, and simple operation, widely used in industrial design, aerospace, geographic space, creative entertainment, and university education, among other fields. The company introduced the first full-color 3D printer based on this technology in 2015, filling the domestic gap and effectively addressing the current market issues of low efficiency, rough parts, insufficient strength, complex post-processing, and monotonous colors. At the 2016 Shanghai TCT International Exhibition, the company launched an industrial coated sand three-dimensional printer, which will promote innovation and development in the industrial casting industry.
